Services
FaruqCareers provides career document writing, personal branding and coaching services. The specific deliverables, price and turnaround for your engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Accurate, complete and truthful information is required to produce your documents. We will not misrepresent qualifications, employment dates or credentials under any circumstances.
Turnaround
Stated turnaround times begin once your completed questionnaire and any supporting documents have been received. Delays in providing information extend delivery accordingly.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited within your revision window (14 to 30 days depending on the service). Revisions cover refinement of the agreed scope; substantially new career targets may require a new engagement.
Payments
Payment is due in full before delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in US dollars and processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers.
Refunds
Because our work is bespoke and begins immediately, fees become non-refundable once the first draft is delivered. If work has not yet begun, a full refund is available on request.
No guarantee of employment
We optimise your presentation and preparation to the highest professional standard. Hiring decisions remain with employers, and no specific job offer, interview volume or salary outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final documents produced for you. Underlying templates, frameworks and methodology remain the property of FaruqCareers.
